Delivery

On receipt of your order, we will initially acknowledge receipt and confirm delivery time, method and total cost. All stock shoes will usually be despatched same day if the order is received before 4pm. Normally, we will send packages up to 2kg by the following methods unless otherwise requested :

Average 1 - 2 working days
Overseas - International Air Mail
Average 4 - 10 working days

For packages of more than 5 pairs we will agree the method and delivery cost before despatch. Guaranteed or Special delivery services are available by request. We try to keep all delivery costs to a minimum and simply pass on to customers our own costs. If you are able to arrange a more cost effective delivery/collection method then we are happy to use your carrier.

Please make sure you are familiar with any import duty costs associated with your Country as these costs (if applicable) will be collected separately by your own Customs authority.

Payment

All payments are processed offline to ensure maximum security. Payment for stock shoes are processed on the day of despatch. Payment for Special Orders (maker or variation) are processed on the basis of a £10 deposit per pair with the balance being charged on the day of despatch. Please note once special orders have commenced production it is not possible to cancel. This varies but is normally 6 to 8 weeks before the due date. If you wish to amend an order then please give as much notice as possible. In the event of the customer wishing to cancel an order then we will contact the factory to ascertain the current status. If production hasn't commenced this will be done although a 10% charge (minimum £10) will be applied to cover administration.

Returns

We would expect customers ordering Pointe shoes by Mail Order to be settled in the shoe and size already. If not, we would advise caution on buying shoes by Mail Order and recommend having shoes professionally fitted. We are happy to exchange standard stock shoes for a different size up to a maximum of 2 pairs provided shoes are returned in an unmarked condition within 7 days of receipt. We regret we are unable to exchange special order shoes whether by Maker or Special Measurement at any time. Customers are responsible for return postal charges and if you are returning goods from outside the EEC please ensure parcel is marked clearly as returned goods. We will of course always replace a faulty shoe.
